Equipment description
1. It runs automatic by advanced MITSUBISHI PLC controller with reliable HMI touch screem.
2. The preforms feeds automatically by system and conveys automatically by conveyor.
3. The preforms heats by multiple sets of infrared heating tubes. High heat penetration ability, the Orbit runs at the same time the bottle preforms rotates, Make the bottle preforms uniform heating , fast and reliable.
4. The tube height and baffle board width and height are adjustable to fits different bottle perform heating in heating area, it has automatic heat exhaust device to ensure tunnel constant temperature.
5. High safeties with security automatic-locking apparatus in each mechanical action, which will make the process turns into a safe status in a sudden of breakdown.
6. Each action is driven by cylinder,not hydraulic pump, no pollution,low noise.
7. The air line designing has two parts,one for actions and another for blowing,it can fit different air pressure requirements of action and blowing
8. Strong clamping force with high pressure and double crank links to lock the mold.
9. Two ways of operation: automatic and manual.
